Pictured is the Fiddle-Leaved Bindweed or Convolvulus Panduratus. Purchase this digital image of an antique hand-colored engraving, published S Curtis around October 1, 1817 from Plate 1939. This figure of the panduratus, rarely produced more than one flower at the time and had large roots. Native at the time to South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. The plant was drawn from the property of William Herbert near Wetherby in Yorkshire. The image is a high resolution Tiff file for digital use, prints, scrapbooking, cards, etc. Great for printed sizes 8x10 and 5x7. It could be cropped for a 4x6". The digital file can be downloaded on your computer, phone or tablet up to five (5) times for unlimited personal use. The plate number in the upper right corner and printed information at the bottom of the page may be cut-off depending on the size of print you order. We can make a high resolution Jpeg file available for purchase upon request.

Refunds or exchanges for digital products are not available. The digital file is provided without the watermark in the middle of the page. The digital file includes the plate number on the upper right corner of the page and the printed information about the image at the bottom of the page. This engraving was in a book and there are light visible remnants of book type around the floral image. Any pink shading on the screen is antique tanning from the original engraving and will appear and print as antique white or lightly tanned white.
