A yellow floral botanical image available for purchase, Cassia Corymbosa. Pictured is a stock image of an antique hand-colored engraving, published by T Curtis around March 1, 1803, Plate 633. The image is a high resolution Tiff file for digital use, prints, scrapbooking, cards, printing, etc. Great for printed size 5x7 or 8x10".  Different cropping used for prints may cut-off the informational print at the bottom of the page. Cassia Corymbosa a shrub plant that flowered in the Botanic Garden at Paris. It was an imported specimen at the time. It was a native Buenos Aires. The drawing was taken from the garden of E.J.A. Woodford at Vauxhall in Auguft from seeds received from the West Indies seven years prior. The ornamental shrub was 5-6' high.

The digital file includes the plate number on the upper right corner of the page and the print from the original book at the bottom of the page. This engraving was in a book and there may be light visible remnants of tanning or book print around the image. Any pink shading on the screen is antique tanning from the original engraving and will appear and print as antique white or lightly tanned white. The file will be emailed to you automatically post-purchase.
