The watercolor is mixed with a pencil sketch in the background with a watercolor of people. There is some patina on the paper. The painting is attached to an antique hand written style French paper. There is a gap at the upper right top of the frame and painting connection when held at different angles. The frame holds the art, but is somewhat shabby chic. Please see the photos for condition.
