Antique framed art of an empress in her formal attire likely from the 19th Century. Print or lithograph. The image resembles Empress Josephine from the time of Napoleon, his first wife. The print is slightly chippy and moves slightly in the frame but can be adjusted nicely. There is a small horizontal tear and a chip on the opposite side.
