Antique Small Toleware Box, Decorative Tin

Antique Americana Toleware tin box. A small box with decorative hand painted design in red, blue and yellow. A beautiful piece of antique American craftsmanship with a latch. A great tin for home decor or collectors. Small enough to store special items. It has general patina and wear. The sides and back still have a beautiful bronze paint finish. There is chipping and tin exposed in areas, particularly on the lid and front. There may have been a ring on the lid that is no longer present. Possibly from the late 19th century. The hinge and latch is secure. Dimensions: 4.25 x 2.5 x 2.85".
