Purple Floral Still Life Vintage Painting, 24”

A beautiful unframed oil painting depicting purple and white flowers in a brown vase or pot. Signed, R. Kaslhke. The purple flowers vary in color from dark to medium and light lavender. The white flowers have areas of yellow undertones. The background is in shades of dark brown and tan with a gray base. There is a decorative border around the vase or pot with shading. The painting is signed on the lower right corner. There are pencil markings on the painting. It appears to me that these were sketchings done be the artist in the background and then were painted over, but there are still very visible to the naked eye within a few feet of the painting. There are chips in the paint along the outside on all sides. There is paint missing on the lower right edge. There are divots in the paint on and around the signature.
