Antique Beveled French Jewelry Box with Pink Tuft

An antique French hexagonal shaped jewelry casket or gift box with pink pillowed interior. The box has gilded mounts securing the glass and stands on three gilded footings. The pink sating pillow has small decorative beads. There are light, barely visible markings on the lid (see photos). The hinge is and clasp are solid. The footings stand solid. The glass has some light patina due to age. The base is a gold composite metal. The left side of the lid lifts up slightly (see photo). Size: 4 W x 2.25 D x 2.35" T.
