A very small French wooden shipping box with a sliding lid. This vintage item was used for delivery of small valuable items. The sides have remnants of red wax seals. There are shipping markings on top and a stamp that says, "Republique Francaise, 5c". The box slides open easily on the base. A cute French Country collectible. An authentic item from France.
