Lovat Peerage, 1730. 1730 is on the leather backstrip but there is no title page. Historical records of nobility and title in the United Kingdom and Scotland with many hand written notes in the margins. There is a printed and hand written index. Many sections of antique pages bound together in stunning leather with five backstrip ribs and gilt decoration. There are light scrapes on the cover leather. The binding is newer in relation to the date of the pages. Some of the upper page corners have creases. Some pages have have heavier tanning. The index pages have heavy moisture stain. Two pages are pulling away at the lower gutter. Size: 9.15”.

La reliure est plus récente par rapport à la date des pages. Certains coins supérieurs des pages présentent des plis. Certaines pages ont un bronzage plus prononcé. Les pages d'index présentent d'importantes taches d'humidité. Deux pages se détachent au niveau de la gouttière inférieure. Format : 23,2 cm.
