The background and the woman's clothing has vibrant colors. There is a vibrant rug he is standing on, on a wood floor. There is a decorative vase painted that is full of paint brushes. There is a faint painting of flowers in the background. There is not a visible signature. The frame is shabby and chippy. The outer edge of the frame is good with some chips and and the white underneath exposed in some areas. The back is pictured with old nails and the hanging wire still works. The painting wood appears to bow outward but this is not visible from the front of the painting. There are chips in the frame down to the wood on the lower, left and top edge.
