The backstrip decoration matches the cover and is slightly faded. There is soiling / discoloration on the back cover. There is a gift sticker on the left endpaper dated 1909. The frontispiece illustration is in color. The pages are stiff with mild tanning. There are areas of light foxing and pages with heavy foxing (pictured). There are pages with black and white illustrations inset. Most pages do not have heavy foxing. 192 pages, 7.25".
