Primitive Butter Print Mold, Kitchen Folk Art

An antique round wood hand-carved butter print mold press. The press is 3.78" in diameter and is 4" tall. The handle pulls easily. It is a beautiful chesnut brown color. The handle has a vertical crack which may be original to the piece. The wood is smooth. The hand carved press depicts a cow with some decorative round edging and a bird above. A beautiful piece of Americana folk art.

Presse à beurre ancienne en bois rond, sculptée à la main. 
Elle mesure 9,6 cm de diamètre et 10 cm de haut. La poignée
 est facile à tirer. D'une belle couleur marron châtain,
