New York Reports Leather Book Set, 9"

A set of three antique soft tan leather books. New - York Reports, T Brown. Volumes 20, 66, 92. Court of Appeals, Smith 6, Sickels 47 and Sickels 21. Copyright 1860. Stamped Boardman & Lawrence Lawyers, Marshalltown, Iowa on the covers. There is some wear and darkness to some areas of the leather due to age. Leather at the upper backstrip of volume 92 is pulling upward. Leather at the lower cover and backstrip connection on volume 66 is cracking. Leather at the lower cover and backstrip connection on volume 92 is fully cracked (2.5"). Leather at the upper and lower cover and backstrip connection of volume 20 is cracked and the leather at the lower edge is pulling upward (1-inch). The pages are crisp with mild tanning throughout.
