Vintage Satsuma Vase, 6”

A vintage or antique Satsuma vase, likely from the Meiji period (1868 - 1912). The hand painted porcelain vase has a light crackle on white glaze with decorative upper and lower borders. The gilt around the upper rim is bright. The vase depicts a mountainous landscape with blue water, green hills, trees and buildings. There are small birds in the background. There are small ships in the background on the water. There are shades of brown along the green hills. There is a waterfall in the background. There are characters on the base. The base is very smooth and soft. There are no chips or cracks. Size: 6.26 x 3.5".

ヴィンテージまたはアンティークの薩摩焼花瓶。明治時代（1868～1912年）
のものと思われます。手描きの磁器で、白い釉薬に軽いひび割れ模様があり、
上下に装飾的な縁取りが施されています。上縁の金箔は鮮やかです。花瓶には青い水、
緑の丘、木々、建物のある山岳風景が描かれています。
背景には小鳥が描かれています。水面には小さな船が浮かんでいます。
緑の丘に沿って茶色の陰影が見られます。背景には滝があります。
底には文字が描かれています。底は非常に滑らかで柔らかく、
