An antique watercolor on engraving by E.J.W. depicting an old street in Normandy, France. The pencil on the lower left corner reads, "In Normandy" (France). The E.J.W. initials are on the lower right corner of the image. The picture feels moody with the shadow and clouds in the sky. Size: 16.75 H x 14.75 W x 1" D. The engraving has shadow on the right with light on the left. There is a tower centered with an orange roof and small flag. There is other bright orange and green detail. The man in the lower right corner is carrying a bucket. The picture is matted with a pink inner rim and a beige outer rim. The frame is gold with a decorative textured border, and framed by 'The Great Frame Up' store (modern). There are a few bumps on the outer edge of the frame (pictured). Date of origin is unknown.
